EXAMPLE OF KITCHEN FIRE SUPPRESSION INSPECTION SYSTEM INCLUDE:

  • Verify agent type and weight
  • Verify cylinder/cartridge pressure, weight, and hydro static test dates
  • Test automatic and manual release of system
  • Verify mechanical operation of system
  • Verify gas/electrical shutdowns occur
  • Replace all fusible links during every semi-annual inspection 
  • Verify nozzel blow off caps or foil seals in place
  • Inspect, adjust, and clean all nozzels as needed
  • Install new inspection tags and tamper seals
  • Test remote pull stations
  • Verify building fire alarm or stand alone alarm is actuated
  • Inspect for any changes and hazard area that may affect the performance of the Fire Suppression System
  • Tag all required devices
  • Upon completion of inspection, any necessary repairs, applicable inspection documents and noted deficiencies shall be left on site and available electronicaly
